Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% monthly uptime target for the Mrfqy hosted platform, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance.
Enterprise plans include priority email and chat support with target first response within 4 business hours for critical incidents affecting checkout or admin access.
We schedule low-traffic maintenance windows and publish status updates. Starter and Pro merchants receive best-effort uptime without contractual SLA credits.
If Enterprise uptime falls below the committed target in a calendar month, eligible customers may request service credits per their Enterprise order form.
