About the role
Monitor inventory accuracy across warehouses and storage locations.Perform regular stock reconciliations and report inventory discrepancies.Support cycle counting activities and participate in physical inventory audits.Record and monitor inventory movements to ensure accurate system transactions.Prepare daily and periodic inventory reports.Monitor slow-moving and excess inventory and report findings to the senior team.Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and warehouse procedures.Support month-end inventory closing activities.Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to maintain inventory accuracy.Assist in inventory analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.Perform other inventory control tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.1–3 years of experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Operations.Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Good understanding of inventory management principles and stock reconciliation.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
