We are looking for a visionary leader with:Extensive Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant focus on government relations and personnel management, ideally within the Egyptian context.Essential Skills:Profound expertise in Personnel Management and Human Resources (HR) best practices.Demonstrated proficiency in Government Relations, including a deep understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulatory frameworks.Exceptional command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Proven track record in Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.Strong capabilities in Employee Relations, compliance, and HR policy development.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external government entities.Career Level: This is a Manager-level position, requiring strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing to broader organizational goals.
