About the role
✅ Lead Activation, Demand Operations, and Supply & Financing Operations teams.✅ Design, implement, and monitor operational KPIs and performance frameworks.✅ Own operational reporting, dashboards, and management reviews.✅ Manage relationships with financing partners and suppliers.✅ Drive process optimization and operational efficiency.✅ Monitor portfolio performance, activation funnels, financing funnels, and collection performance.✅ Coordinate with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:* 5+ years of experience in Operations, Fintech Operations, Portfolio Management, or Business Operations.* Strong analytical and reporting skills.* Experience building and managing operational teams.* Excellent stakeholder management skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Preferred Experience:* Fintech* SME Financing* Microfinance* Supply Chain Financing* Digital Lending Platforms
