ensures the safe and continuous operation of electrical systems and machinery. They diagnose faults, lead technical teams, and perform root-cause analysis to minimize costly downtime. Responsibilities span across equipment upkeep, safety enforcement, and process optimizationPreventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute routines to prevent emergency breakdowns. Troubleshoot faults in electrical networks, control systems, motors, and instrumentation. Team Leadership: Direct electricians and technicians, assign daily work orders, and provide technical training to enhance team productivity. System Optimization: Analyze reliability data and upgrade obsolete technology to improve process control and safety.Inventory Management: Track spare parts, evaluate vendor deliveries, and issue purchase orders to prevent stock shortages. Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Supervises and participates in repairing all electrical faults, obtaining reports detailing the extent of the fault, its causes, the repair method, and the expected completion time. Establishes a fault documentation system and maintains a fault log in accordance with ISO requirements. Implements an effective system for receiving electrical complaints and reports of faults from the production department.Develops a manual explaining and describing electrical faults and how to address them. Develops a prioritized electrical fault repair plan, coordinating with the Planning and Follow-up Manager and the Engineering Department in cases requiring production line shutdowns, and determines the necessary repair time and schedule. Develops a plan for the required electrical spare parts and the quantities needed to ensure their regular availability in the warehouse.Supervise and participate in setting all technical specifications for all required electrical spare parts accurately.Identify electrical spare parts that can be manufactured internally and submit their technical specifications to the workshop. Monitor the issuance of required electrical spare parts from the warehouse and the movement of returned items. Distribute work within the department to repair existing electrical faults, supervise and monitor the work to ensure completion of assigned tasks. Follow up on the department's work schedules, approve work schedules for other department employees, and coordinate rest periods and vacations. Submit a monthly report on the electrical spare parts issued and the technical efficiency of the machines.
