Required Skills:Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Care preferable in Food and beverages sector (packaging materials)Exceptional Technical Support and Troubleshooting capabilities.Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.Superior Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities.Proficiency in Client Relationship Management .A solid understanding of Product Knowledge relevant to the industry.
