About the role
We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Officer with strong communication and persuasion skills to contribute to expanding our client base and increasing sales for a software and systems development company. The role involves selling Human Resources Management (HRM) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ERP software, project management systems, accounting and inventory management systems, and other business management solutions.
Previous experience in sales or business development. Experience with management software and systems (ERP/CRM/HRM). Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work towards achieving sales targets.
