About the role
Position Description:Under supervision, he/she will be responsible for handling student registration including -but not limited- to schedules, attendance & keeping track of all what’s related to data concerning student’s courses.Roles and Responsibilities:Manages class lists, advising and registration process in terms of all authorities handled to the Registration section.Maintains semester class schedules, maintains curriculum and degree inventories, and updates catalogs as appropriate.Managing rooms and their facilities for all the campus to make sure that all administrative and nonacademic events needs are fulfilled.Receives all petitions that should be directed to the head of departments for approval or taking decision.Responsible for following up all Registration Forms IS forms, Excuse Forms, reassessment and Petition Forms.Keeping a record of all students who have got attendance warnings and/or suspension.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Fluent English.Computer skills.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to keep accurate records
