We are a lean, entrepreneurial team focused on rapid growth, innovation, and data-driven decision making.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and e-commerce growth efforts across Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify.This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing, e-commerce analytics, and brand growth within a fast-moving beauty company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to help execute campaigns, analyze results, track KPIs, and improve marketing effectiveness. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Amazon, Google, Meta, and TikTok Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, audience targeting, and budget tracking Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Help track KPIs including ROAS, ACoS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and sales trends Support A/B testing of creatives, copy, and landing pages Assist with Amazon listing optimization and promotional activities Maintain dashboards and organize marketing performance data Coordinate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to support campaign execution Monitor competitor activity, trends, and consumer insights Help ensure tracking pixels, attribution links, and campaign tagging are functioning correctly
Requirements: - 0-2 years of experience in performance marketing- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Social media Ads- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Familiarize with existing tracking and funnels- Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking- Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities using analysis tools: GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Microsoft clarity - Proven track record of scaling campaigns and achieving measurable ROI.- Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing, and extensive bid management and lead generation experience- Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team Why Join Mivida?Hands-on learning across multiple growth channels and marketplaces Opportunity to grow rapidly within a scaling beauty brand Exposure to Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and international expansion High ownership environment with direct impact on business growth Flexible, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture
