About the role
Monitor equipment condition using predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, inspections, oil analysis, balancing, and laser alignment to ensure high equipment reliability and plant performance. Track maintenance KPIs, lead reliability and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability. Supervise and optimize mechanical maintenance activities, including maintenance scheduling, SAP work orders, vendor management, and resource planning for kiln and utility operations. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting team development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.5~8 years of relevant experience within a large industrial organization, preferably in the cement industry.Strong understanding of cement products and cement manufacturing processes.Advanced knowledge of maintenance management practices and predictive inspection techniques.Demonstrated safety leadership and commitment to operational excellence.Good knowledge with the vibration analysis, or NDT or laser alignment/ balancing will be a plus.Analytical, innovative, and conceptual thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent command of the English language.
