Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Recruit and hire both Blue-Collar & White-Collar employees.Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.Proven experience in hiring both Blue-Collar and White-Collar employees.Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring
