This full-time, on-site role demands a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities and an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a team of Business Development Managers to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in the Forex market.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to expand market share and drive revenue growth.Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development and maximizing their potential.Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.Actively participate in the sales process, including client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management for key accounts.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales approaches.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Forex and Sales, utilizing various CRM tools and financial analysis platforms to drive your team's success.
