Experience with analytics tools and CRM systems will be highly valued.
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with at least 2 year in a leadership capacity, specifically within the Real Estate sector.Demonstrated proficiency in Real Estate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media Management, Campaign Management, Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning.a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred, we value relevant experience and demonstrable success above all.A natural leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills to guide and inspire a high-performing team.Strong ability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.A strategic thinker with a flair for creative problem-solving and developing groundbreaking marketing initiatives.
