About the role
Lead the project estimation department and oversee the preparation of technical proposals.Perform structural design and analysis for steel structures using SAP software when required.Supervise and perform the preparation and review of structural designs, calculations, and detailed drawings for steel structures.Proficiency in structural design software and steel quantity survey such as SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent.Verify and approve shop drawings to ensure accuracy and full compliance with project specifications.Provide technical guidance, reports, and engineering support throughout all project phases.Review and validate connection details, fabrication drawings, and installation methods for steel components.Support continuous improvement of design standards and execution processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringResidency in Alexandria.3 to 5 years of proven experience in steel structures or related fields (e.g., pergolas, shading systems, lightweight structures).Proficiency in structural design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent.Strong understanding of connection details, fabrication drawings, and site execution requirements.Excellent analytical skills in load assessment and steel section selection.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
