Requirements:• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively• Previous sales experience is a plus (outdoor advertising experience is an advantage but not mandatory)• Must be energetic, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
