The CRM Specialist & Customer Quality is responsible for managing customer relationships through the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, monitoring customer interactions, and maintaining high service quality standards. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, analyzing customer feedback, supporting customer retention initiatives, and ensuring compliance with quality guidelines.
