Sales Target AchievementAchieve assigned sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and revenue growth initiatives.Account ManagementBuild and maintain client relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Lead GenerationGenerate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.CRM ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.Sales ActivitiesConduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and both field and office-based sales visits.Proposals & PresentationsPrepare and deliver proposals, quotations, product demonstrations, and presentations in coordination with technical teams, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred) 1-5 years of Experience in software/IT sales is a strong advantage Good understanding of software solutions, IT services and technology is a mustGood command of English Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent relationship management and client servicing abilities Proven ability to generate and qualify leads Self-motivated and target-driven Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
