About the role
Develop and supervise the overall subject plan, including curriculum, assessment, and ensuring effective implementation. Monitor weekly and monthly teaching plans to ensure alignment with learning outcomes and academic standards. Conduct classroom observations to evaluate teacher performance and teaching quality. Ensure consistent curriculum delivery across all teachers and adherence to the academic timeline. Provide professional support, training, and feedback to improve teachers’ performance and address classroom challenges. Review teaching materials, assessments, and textbooks, ensuring accuracy and reporting any issues. Analyze student performance data and support academic and extracurricular activities to improve learning outcomes.Collaborate with school administration on related educational and administrative needs.
Relevant educational qualifications (Education, Arts, Al-sun, And Languages & translation).Educational Diploma.Proven experience in the same position.Excellent communication and Leadership skills
