Supervise recruitment activities and vacancy closure.Ensure hiring quality and recruitment SLA compliance.Manage candidate pipelines and sourcing channels.Coordinate interviews and hiring approvals.Develop and maintain organizational structures.Ensure completion and updates of JDs, KPIs, and KRIs.Support workforce planning and manpower analysis.Support succession planning initiatives.Support KPI framework implementation.Follow up performance cycle readiness.Coordinate probation evaluation processes.Prepare recruitment and OD dashboards.Analyze hiring trends and workforce data.Track turnover and manpower gaps.Support employer branding activities.Enhance recruitment communication and candidate experience.
