Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Military Technical College (MTC) — Strict Requirement.Professional Background: Proven, extensive leadership track record within the Armed Forces Water Department - Strict Requirement.Overall Experience: Minimum of 15–20 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, water networks, and pumping/treatment plants.Leadership Skills: Exceptional capability in strategic planning, strict timeline adherence, and crisis management.Industry Network: A robust network of professional relationships with sovereign entities, government authorities, and consultants in the water sector.
