About the role
Maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and databases.Assist in recruiting activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including tax withholding and reporting requirements.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, leave balances, and other HR metrics.Stay updated on industry trends and legal changes related to employment and payroll.Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.Assist with employee relations, providing guidance and support to employees.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records.Collaborate with other HR team members on special projects or process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.1 year of experience in personnel management.Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and compliance issues.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
