Required Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Engineering, with a strong foundation in both Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. Proven track record in Maintenance management, including preventive and corrective strategies. Exceptional Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and team Supervision skills. Proficiency in Project Management principles related to maintenance activities. Familiarity with industrial Safety Regulations and best practices. Excellent Resource Management and organizational capabilities. Ability to interpret technical schematics and Technical Documentation. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in an engineering or maintenance role. Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory capacity is highly advantageous.
