About the role
• Manage and oversee the company’s legal affairs and civil cases• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents• Represent the company before courts, governmental entities, and external parties• Provide legal advice to management regarding risks, compliance, and corporate matters• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies• Handle legal disputes and follow up on litigation procedures
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil Law• Strong background in corporate legal affairs and litigation• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail• Strong communication and analytical abilities• Bachelor’s Degree in Law is required
