About the role
The School Principal for the British Section is responsible for providing strategic leadership, academic excellence, and operational management of the British curriculum section of the school. The Principal ensures high-quality teaching and learning aligned with the standards of the British educational system , while fostering a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for students and staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Educational leadership certification or school management training is an advantage.Strong knowledge of the British Curriculum.Minimum 5–10 years of leadership experience.Strong understanding of school operations and policies.Familiarity with educational technology, learning management systems, and data analysis tools.Strong strategic leadership and vision.Ability to lead change and drive school improvement.Effective decision-making under pressure.Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.Strong performance management and coaching skills.Ability to work flexible hours for school events and meetings.
