Recruit, hire, train, and mentor direct sales representatives to build a high-performing, target-driven teamDesign and execute strategic direct sales plans that align with the company's revenue targets and market expansion objectivesEstablish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quotas, closely monitoring metrics like conversion ratios and pipeline healthOversee outreach, cold calling, and relationship-building activities to ensure a continuous stream of qualified business leadsStep in to assist with high-level contract negotiations, complex deals, and the resolution of escalated customer complaintsAnalyze daily/monthly sales statistics and produce accurate revenue forecasts to report to senior management
Bachelor degreeExperience for 7 to 10 years in sales at least 3 years in Electrical supplies or panel building or construction projects (must)
