Role SummaryThe Senior Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the brand's market presence. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of innovative marketing strategies, from high-level brand positioning to tactical campaign management. This role requires a blend of creative flair, analytical thinking, and disciplined project management to deliver impactful results within the property industry and beyond. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing Manager to design and deploy comprehensive marketing plans tailored to project-specific goals.Lead brand development initiatives, ensuring consistent positioning across all touchpoints.Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer insights and white-space opportunities.Manage the full lifecycle of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale events, including project launches, community activations, and public relations stunts.Coordinate the sales release schedule to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial milestones.Maintain the day-to-day marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI and financial discipline.Perform weekly audits of the brand’s onsite and online presence to ensure visual and messaging consistency.Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, event outcomes, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making.Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, including advertising, PR, and production agencies.Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality production execution and timely delivery of materials. Candidate RequirementsSkills & KnowledgeStrategic Marketing: Deep understanding of core marketing principles and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a "pitch-perfect" ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and competitor trends.Project Management: Proven ability to manage "critical path" developments and hit deadlines while multitasking across multiple projects.Tech Savviness: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Experience & EducationDegree: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Tenure: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a marketing role.Industry Focus: Direct experience in Retail / FMCG / Marketing Agencies marketing is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.Linguistic Ability: Absolute fluency (written and verbal) in both Arabic and English.
