About the role
Key Responsibilities•Lead the architectural design and development of projects from concept through construction documentation.•Prepare and coordinate building permit applications and submission packages.•Develop detailed architectural drawings, technical documentation, and construction details.•Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and external consultants.√Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and project requirements.•Participate in design reviews and provide technical solutions throughout project development.•Communicate professionally with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors.•Support project delivery while maintaining high design and technical standards.
