Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plansCoordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availabilityAnalyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules accordinglyMonitor production progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or delaysOptimize resource utilization (machines, labor, materials)Maintain accurate records of production plans and outputsCollaborate with sales and supply chain teams to align production with customer requirementsIdentify bottlenecks and propose process improvementsEnsure adherence to delivery timelines and production targetsGenerate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field3-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operationsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflowExperience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
