Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources or administrative support role, demonstrating a foundational understanding of HR principles.Skills:Strong proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and principles.Demonstrated experience with Recruitment and onboarding processes.Solid understanding and experience with Payroll administration.Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with Personnel Management and HR administrative tasks.Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust.Proven ability in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.Career Level: This is an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level professional eager to launch a rewarding career in Human Resources.
