Sales & Marketing CoordinatorHotel Solutions Partnership (HSP) | Full-time | Remote About HSPHotel Solutions Partnership (HSP) is a global network of senior hospitality professionals delivering high-level advisory services to hotel owners, operators, investors, developers and brands.Headquartered in London, we are expert-led, practical and commercially focused, supporting clients across strategy, development, governance, operations, sales and marketing, technology, service excellence and asset management.As we scale, we are strengthening our business development engine, market intelligence capability and global visibility across key regions.The roleHSP is seeking a commercially focused Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Retained Service Contract) to support the CEO, 3 Regional COOs and Strategic Leads in driving structured, insight-led business development activity.This is a hands-on commercial support role focused on enabling revenue growth through Web and Ai-enabled research, CRM discipline, market intelligence, content coordination and opportunity identification.You will not be a traditional salesperson. Instead, you will act as a commercial enabler, helping senior leadership identify opportunities, structure outreach, and maintain pipeline discipline across global markets.Key responsibilitiesReporting to the UK-based CEO, you will remotely support HSP’s 3 Regional COOs (based in SE Asia, London and the Middle East) and 5 Strategic Leads (based in Europe) by:Liaising with key stakeholders to support achievement of revenue targetsResearching target companies, investors, hotel projects, operators and decision-makersSupporting proactive business development activity across HSP’s global regionsMaintaining CRM discipline, pipeline visibility and structured follow-up activityProducing concise prospect briefs and opportunity insights for outreachSupporting proposal and pitch development with relevant market intelligenceAssisting with market intelligence briefings and structured reporting to leadershipMonitoring market signals including hotel, resort and hospitality business development activity, investment trends and brand movementsProducing competitor and win/loss analysis to improve conversion performanceSupporting LinkedIn activity, newsletters and targeted content campaignsSupporting identification of tenders, frameworks and procurement opportunitiesCoordinating with internal experts and external marketing support where requiredMonitoring visibility, engagement and sales activity across HSP’s key servicesUsing approved AI tools to improve research, synthesis and content efficiency (within strict confidentiality guidelines)
About youA fluent English speaker, you are commercially aware, structured and confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving international environment. You will bring:Experience in sales support, business development or marketing within B2B or professional servicesStrong research, writing and analytical skillsConfidence using CRM systems and LinkedIn as business development toolsFamiliarity with AI tools for research and content supportHigh attention to detail and strong execution disciplineConfidence communicating with senior, international business audiencesA structured, discreet and professional working styleStrong English communication skillsAbility to work independently across time zones Desirable:Hospitality, real estate, investment or consulting experienceKnowledge of hotel development, operations or asset managementAdditional languagesKnowledge of B2B digital marketing Working arrangementRemote role (global)40 hours per weekFlexible across Europe, MENA and Asia time zones CompensationBase compensation: USD 1,000 per month (service contract)Performance Incentive: 1% of HSP net project fees (subject to contract terms and definition) Why this roleThis is a key role in shaping how HSP scales its commercial engine.
