About the role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for an Admin Assistant at our Branches. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining records, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general support to other employees and executives. Additionally, the role requires handling clerical duties, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilitiesExperience with Clerical Skills including filing, scheduling, and correspondence managementExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work effectively in an on-site and team-oriented environmentPrevious experience in a similar administrative role is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are an advantage
