Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we hire the best and brightest individuals who will contribute to our company's success. This is an on-site position located in Giza, Egypt.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.Conduct thorough phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate record-keeping.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.Participate in HR initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.Skills and Technologies:Proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition strategies.Experience conducting Phone Screenings and in-person interviews.Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
