About the role
We are seeking a professional and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a C-Level Executive. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, prepare reports, and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative activities in a fast-paced industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full administrative and executive support to the C-Level Manager.Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence.Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests.Coordinate communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.Assist with project coordination and special assignments as required.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.Handle office administration and support day-to-day operational activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management.Graduation year between 2018 and 2021Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
