About the role
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence.Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Assist with project coordination and special assignments.Prepare expense reports and manage administrative budgets when required.Support office operations and executive team activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.3–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
