Responsibilities:Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents using AutoCAD and other relevant software.Coordinate effectively with design teams, site engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve technical challenges.Manage and organize all technical office documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Prepare and submit all necessary approvals and permits related to architectural components.Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, address technical queries, and ensure compliance with design specifications.Implement and maintain best practices in technical office procedures and quality control.Skills & Technologies: This role demands proficiency in Architecture, advanced skills in AutoCAD, and a solid command of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Technical Office procedures is paramount, alongside a strong understanding of construction documentation, project management principles, and potentially BIM software.
Exceptional Expertise: A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in an Architecture Technical Office Engineer role or similar, demonstrating a robust track record in the construction and civil engineering sector.Architectural Acumen: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Architecture principles, design standards, and construction methodologies.Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and technical drawing production, along with expert command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.Technical Office Prowess: Proven experience in Technical Office operations, including document control, submittal processes, and coordination with various project stakeholders.Critical Skills: Demonstrated abilities in Project Management, Construction Documentation, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
