About the role
· Coordinate export orders from confirmation to shipment.· Communicate with international customers and follow up on inquiries.· Prepare export documentation and coordinate with logistics, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.· Monitor production, packing, and shipment schedules.· Maintain customer records, sales reports, and order tracking.· Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer requirements.
· A bachelor’s degree is required.· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.· Fluency in English is required.· Residency in 10th of Ramadan City is a mandatory requirement.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
