About the role
- Supervise pharmacy claims operations and ensure timely processing.- Review complex claims and support claim adjudication decisions.- Monitor team performance and productivity.- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.- Analyze claims trends and identify areas for improvement.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and healthcare providers to resolve operational issues.
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.✔️ Experience in Health Insurance, TPA, or Pharmacy Claims specially in el ezaby pharmacy.✔️ Strong knowledge of pharmacy claims processing and reimbursement cycles.✔️ Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.✔️ Ability to manage workload efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
