Bachelor's degree3-6 years of experience in recruitment field (Construction experience is highly preferred)Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlinesKnowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websites … etc.Excellent English level
