Responsibilities● Initiate outbound calls to high-potential prospects utilizing qualified leads provided by the company.● Present, pitch, and promote digital insurance products in a clear, persuasive, and customized manner.● Conduct deep-dive needs analysis with clients to recommend the most optimal and cost-effective insurance plans.● Masterfully handle client objections, manage negotiations, and systematically drive high-volume sales closures.● Nurture existing pipelines with disciplined follow-ups to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion metrics.● Accurately log call dispositions, detailed client interactions, and opportunity statuses within the company CRM.● Collaborate directly with Sales Operations and Account Management to ensure seamless onboarding of new policies.● Proactively maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge regarding insurance compliance, policies, and updates.● Actively participate in recurring sales training and coaching clinics to consistently elevate conversion performance.
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven, verifiable track record in tele sales or inside sales (Insurance, Banking, or Brokerage sectors are heavily prioritized). ● Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and advanced objection-handling and closing abilities. ● Mindset: Highly target-driven, resilient, and comfortable navigating rejection within high-velocity sales environments.● Agility: Proven capacity to master technical insurance products quickly and excel in a highly digitized, fast-paced atmosphere. ● Technical Proficiency: Practical comfort navigating modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) alongside Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel and Word.
