About the role
- Provide timely legal advice and practical solutions to support business operations and strategic decisions.- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents in both Arabic and English.- Handle corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Manage and follow up on litigation cases, including preparing legal claims, pleadings, memoranda, and supporting documentation.- Represent and coordinate with external legal counsel, courts, governmental authorities, and regulatory bodies when required.- Support company incorporation, licensing, and corporate governance activities, including coordination with GAFI and relevant authorities.- Monitor and renew commercial registrations, licenses, and other statutory requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions and recommendations on various business matters.- Assist in internal investigations, employee disciplinary matters, and labor law compliance.- Review business transactions and corporate documents to identify and mitigate legal risks.- Maintain accurate legal records, case files, and documentation while preparing regular legal reports.- Act as a trusted legal partner to internal stakeholders by responding to legal inquiries and providing clear guidance.- Stay informed of legislative changes, regulatory updates, and industry best practices to support business compliance and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (English Section).- +4 years of practical experience in the legal profession.- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and civil laws.- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
