About the role
• Lead Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development initiatives.• Manage full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning activities.• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.• Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.• Contribute to organizational structure development and HR process improvement.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.• Real Estate Development or Construction experience is a MUST.• Strong experience in Recruitment, Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI), and Organizational Development.• HR Certification (PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM, or CIPD) is preferred.• Strong communication and leadership skills.• Residence near El Shorouk City is preferred.
