Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors.Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client visits.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present suitable solutions.Prepare, follow up on, and negotiate proposals with prospective clients.Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Proposal SupportCoordinate with estimation and engineering teams to prepare competitive proposals.Assist in preparing technical and commercial bids based on client requirements.Monitor tender opportunities and support timely bid submissions. Reporting & PerformanceMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance against targets.Track business development KPIs and sales pipeline progress.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing insights.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction, fit-out, or engineering industry.Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.Strong understanding of construction projects and engineering services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
