About the role
Role Objective The Senior Marketing Executive will drive the end-to-end execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. This role is pivotal in elevating brand presence, supporting cross-sector product launches (across commercial, industrial, and maritime divisions), and ensuring cohesive messaging across all corporate and digital channels. Key Responsibilities Marketing Communications StrategyStrategic Planning: Develop and implement robust communication plans that align directly with overarching group objectives.Launch & Event Support: Lead the marketing efforts for product launches, targeted B2B campaigns, corporate events, and industry exhibitions.Content Development & ManagementHigh-Quality Creation: Drive the craft of premium content across multiple mediums, including:Social media platforms and digital channelsPress releases and media kitsWebsite copy and SEO-driven contentCorporate profiles, brochures, and executive presentationsTargeted email campaigns and internal communicationsBrand Alignment: Ensure all messaging remains clear, compelling, and strictly aligned with corporate brand guidelines.Digital Marketing & OptimizationPlatform Management: Design and manage comprehensive, data-driven content calendars for all social platforms.Campaign Execution: Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns (both organic and paid), continuously tracking performance and ROI.Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with graphic designers and creative teams to produce high-impact visual assets.Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends to proactively propose innovative content formats and digital strategies.Brand & Identity ManagementBrand Guardianship: Maintain corporate brand guidelines to guarantee visual and tonal uniformity across all internal and external materials.Asset Production: Direct the production of physical and digital marketing collateral, including catalogs, promotional videos, and professional photography.Media & Public RelationsRelationship Building: Cultivate and sustain strong, productive relationships with key media partners, agencies, and industry publishers.Campaign & Project ManagementEnd-to-End Leadership: Lead marketing campaigns from initial conceptualization through to final execution.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.Reporting & AnalyticsPerformance Tracking: Track and analyze core KPIs for all digital platforms and marketing initiatives.Insight Generation: Formulate detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports, delivering actionable insights to executive stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Implement strategic improvements based on data-driven performance metrics.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a closely related field.Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing management or senior executive roles.Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or commercial sectors is highly preferred.Portfolio: A strong, verifiable portfolio demonstrating successful content creation, B2B campaigns, and digital management.Technical & Professional SkillsCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong plus).Copywriting: Exceptional storytelling and copywriting capabilities tailored to professional and industrial audiences.Digital Fluency: Strong operational understanding of digital platforms, CMS, and marketing analytics tools.Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.Execution: Solid presentation skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse departments.Personal AttributesDetail-Oriented: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.Proactive Thinker: A creative problem-solver who consistently demonstrates strong initiative.Collaborative: A team player with excellent cross-functional communication abilities.Adaptable: Capable of thriving and delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment.
