5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience Previous experience in Manufacturing / Cement / Heavy Industry is preferred Strong sourcing & headhunting skills Experience in competency-based interviews Excellent stakeholder management skills Strong command of English & Arabic Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
