Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer - Conveyor SystemsAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Al-Saqr for Trade and Industrial Machinery. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing technical client relationships, and expanding our footprint in the industrial sector.Key Responsibilities:Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed annual sales targets by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value industrial accounts.Deliver Technical Solutions: Analyze client technical specifications and operations to recommend the optimal conveyor configurations and systems.Pipeline & Deal Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, including generating detailed technical quotes, delivering persuasive presentations, and leading contract negotiations.Business Development: Actively map the market to discover untapped industrial opportunities and expand our corporate footprint.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate deep, long-term partnerships with engineering, procurement, and plant managers to secure repeat business.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal engineering and design teams to ensure custom-engineered conveyor solutions match client specifications perfectly.Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging material handling technologies, and competitor strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in industrial sales, specifically within material handling systems or conveyor technology.Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.Mobility: Ability to travel frequently to various industrial sites and client facilities across Egypt.Business Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing new industrial accounts.Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarization with CRM tools for pipeline management.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot technical challenges and propose efficient client solutions.
