Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to support construction project operations by accurately recording, updating, and managing project-related data, procurement records, and financial documents. The role ensures data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting across different departments.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter construction project details, procurement records, and invoices into databases and ERP systemsVerify data entries against source documents to ensure accuracy and consistencyGenerate regular reports for management, finance, and project teamsCoordinate with engineers, procurement officers, and administrative staff to collect and update required dataMaintain organized and up-to-date digital records and filing systemsHandle sensitive and confidential information in compliance with company policiesSupport administrative tasks related to data management and documentation
QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience1–3 years of experience in data entry or administrative supportRequired SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ERP systems or data management software is a plusHigh typing speed with strong accuracyExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information responsiblyStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
