About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience leading technology projects, managing technical teams, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, networking, application development, and Microsoft technologies.This role requires a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for government and private sector clients, with experience working within both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. * RequRequired Technical Expertise• Artificial Intelligence (AI): Experience integrating AI technologies, including Machine Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions.• Cybersecurity: Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, threat mitigation, and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001).• Networking: Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and network architecture.• Microsoft Technologies: Strong experience with Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET, and Power Platform.• Application Development: Proven experience delivering enterprise, cloud-native, and cross-platform applications.• Systems Deployment & Expansion: Experience scaling systems, infrastructure migrations, and new environment deployments.Qualifications & Experience• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Projects, systems architecture, technical leadership, or project delivery.• Proven experience managing software development and technical teams.• Demonstrated success delivering projects for government organizations or large private sector clients.• Strong experience working with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.• Experience managing client-facing projects and stakeholder relationships.• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, Microsoft, Azure, or Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.Preferred Soft Skills• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.• Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
