About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Building Operations & Maintenance Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience. In this critical role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of building systems and infrastructure.Key Responsibilities• Lead, supervise, and schedule a team of technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors.• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate all maintenance and operational activities.• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.• Manage end-to-end building maintenance projects.• Supervise third-party service providers and contractors.• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.What We Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Leadership role with significant autonomy and responsibility.• Opportunity to manage high-profile government and private sector facilities.• Long-term career stability.
Required Technical Expertise• Deep knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and suppression systems, BMS, and civil maintenance.• Proven experience implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.• Strong costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation skills.• Proficiency with CMMS, MS Project, or similar planning tools.• Familiarity with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.Qualifications & Experience• Minimum 10 years of experience in building operations, facility management, or MEP maintenance project management.• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Facilities Management.• Experience leading teams of at least 5–10 technical staff.• Experience managing maintenance projects for government or private sector facilities.• PMP, CMRP, FMP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.Soft Skills & Personal Attributes• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Highly organized with excellent planning abilities.• Strong analytical and cost-control skills.• Proactive problem-solving mindset.• Trustworthy and reliable.
