What You'll DoMonitor competitors' pricing, promotions, and product assortment regularly and compile structured reportsResearch market trends and identify growth opportunities within the retail and e-commerce landscapeAnalyze product categories to spot gaps, high-demand items, and underperforming SKUsStudy customer behavior, shopping patterns, and purchase data to surface actionable insightsAssist in building research frameworks, templates, and databases for ongoing trackingCollaborate with marketing and product teams to translate research findings into strategy
