. Develop project schedules, baselines, and detailed work plans using Primavera P6.. Monitor and update project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans.· Prepare look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and presentations.. Perform resource loading, leveling, and optimization to ensure efficient project execution.. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives.. Conduct EVM analysis and prepare performance reports.. Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual requirements and company standards.
· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.. 8-10 years of proven experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.· Strong experience in Primavera P6 (Mandatory).. Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.. Knowledge of EVM, claims, and delay analysis techniques.. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
